    The challenges* Tidak ada peraturan tertulis yang jelas untuk karyawan baru * Banyak sekali pemotongan gaji bila tidak masuk kerja ( Rp. 500.000 / hari ) * Banyak Pemotongan gaji saat Libur lebaran, padahal tanggal ditentukan oleh perusahaan ( tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu ) sebesar Rp. 1.500.000 * apabila telat 1 menit, dipotong Rp. 100.000 / hari * Kontrak yang tidak jelas pada saat awal masuk kerja * Merasa dibohongi karena peraturan yang tidak jelas di awal masuk kerja
