    The good thingsPekerjaan bisa dilakukan dengan santai namun harus tetap terencana. General Manager, Asisten Manager Marketing dan Supervisor Marketing yang baik, cooperative dan tidak terlalu monoton. Keakraban sesam staff marketing cukup baik.
    The challengesKesulitan saat tidak bisa mencapai target penjualan, terkadang sulit untuk memenuhi permintaan customer yang disebabkan oleh kualitas produksi. Tanggal perencanaan export yang kadang meleset karena ketersediaan barang.
