    Why tax ministry always get faked ?
    The good thingsYou can play game while working, low salary, high impact job (you will work till night, get rest at office and continue like cow), young one will enjoy the gaming culture until they realize the management are giving bad vibe that probably let you work like romusha, high performance low budget. Even, they try to manipulate the tax ministry by letting them only access some of area at their office building, and let most of it hidden from them. Once I heard over, there one person that able generate 1B income, and this person only get a handshake without cuan provided. In then end, they just bought new cars alone.
    The challengesFamily business that only care for its family is challenges for everybody that work at there, you are not easily to approved as family even you generate lots of money there; or you work diligently.

    The good thingsSaya belajar banyak dari perusahaan tersebut, terutama atasan saya langsung yang mengajari saya sampai saya paham mengenai apa yang harus kerjakan di perusahaan publisher game online. Seiring dengan pengalaman kerja saya disana, saya mempunyai banyak teman yang baik. Itulah salah satu alasan kenapa saya betah berlama - lama dikantor bukan karena kerjaan yang belum selesai yaa... Pekerjaan disana harus diselesaikan dengan baik dan benar, maka hasilnyapun akan bagus juga dan jangan lupa berdoa dan juga serius dalam setiap kerjaan.
    The challengesSaya tidak menemukan kesulitan, karena atasan disanapun enak juga diajak sharing, apabila memang ditemukan kesulitan bisa berkonsultasi langsung dengannya, karena bekerja di perusahaan lyto adalah pekerjaan bersama.

    Tidak sesuai dengan peraturan ketenaga kerjaan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah. Staff tidak mendapatkan THR meski sudah 6 bulan bekerja. Tidak ada kesempatan pengembangan karir.

    The challengesPeraturan tenaga kerjaan yang dijalankan tidak sesuai dengan yang diberlakukan pemerintah. Perhitungan gaji dan tunjangan tidak transparan, sehingga terdapat perbedaan dari nilai potong pajak yang seharusnya.

    Adanya peningkatan karir dan salary yang lebih tinggi
    The good thingsMendapatkan posisi yang lebih tinggi dari sebelumnya dimana sebelumnya hanya sebagai Staff biasa dan sekarang diberikan kepercayaan sebagai Head of Department dan gaji yang diberikan lebih tinggi, serta pengalaman yang berbeda saya dapatkan di tempat yang sekarang, dimana pekerjaan yang sebelumnya belum pernah saya kerjakan di tempat ini saya belajar untuk mengerjakan hal baru tersebut. Dang lingkungan bekerja yang baik membuat saya semakin mantap lagi untuk berkarir. Tahapan-tahapan yang diberikan sebelum mendapatkan posisi yang sekarang sayang terima juga sangat sesuai.
    The challengesDimana sebelumnya belum pernah memegang posisi sebagai head of Department yang harus bertanggung jawab penuh langsung ke Direktur dan juga mengatur staff bawahan yang ada agar dapat bekerja sama dengan baik. Dan juga kepercayaan yang sebelumnya belum pernah dikerjakan, dimana di tempat kerja yang sekarang diajarkan setiap karyawan tidak hanya mempunyai satu kemampian saja namun bisa mengerjakan banyak hal yang ada diperusahaan tempat saya bekerja sekarang ini.
