    The good thingsYang saya sukai saat bekerja di perusahaan ini yaitu saling berbagi pengetahuan dan saling mengingatkan jika ada problem pada saat bekerja. Bahu membahu untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan di divisinya masing-masing, menurunkan tingkat keegoisan sesama individu dalam satu divisi. Dan yang paling penting yaitu saling menghargai pendapat sesama rekan kerja dan memecahkan masalah tersebut bersama-sama dalam satu divisi.
    The challengesYang yang seharusnya bisa dilakukan dengan baik namun sulit atau ada kendala yaitu birokrasi yang terlalu luas, yang seharus nya dapat di manage layaknya estafet supaya lebih teratur, dan yang paling penting untuk di perbaiki yaitu menurunkan tingkat keegoisan antar divisi. Bekerja bersama, salah bersama dan memperbaiki bersama. Merasa benar sendiri akan memperburuk hubungan kerja dengan divisi lain. Berpikir objektive bukan subjektive.
