    It's good to find another experience
    The good thingsThe working environment is good. The management system is good. If you love teaching and you love doing administration, this company is suitable for you. We can have a little bit experience about marketing in education.
    The challengesTo manage the student's schedule course is pretty stressful, because LPIA has difficulties to find English teacher. Some good teacher were not agree with the low salary. So, as the administrator, I have to find a good teacher who will agree with the low salary which is almost impossible.

    The good thingsI really enjoy work here, just the environment not that good, work here could teach me so much things in life, like how to facing every problem,
    The challengesI have to manage all things like: student, hiring teacher, and have to succeed in every month targets and must be have a higher revenue more than the other branches.
