    I got a lot of amazing experience there
    The good thingsevery month there will be training for all beauty advisors according to the brand pic they hold trained by experts in the beauty field seminngu twice there are classes for courses in Chinese Mandarin and Korean good company gathering in a beautiful place
    The challengesin other retails spg / spb will stock the product availability but here BA is also involved in scanning and scanning barcodes even though the situation is very crowded

    The good thingsSaya senang karna bisa bertemu orang banyak dari berbagai negara, saya bisa belajar beberapa bahasa asing seperti inggris, mandarin,korean,dan arab. Dan banyak lagi pengalaman baik saya ketika bekerja di lotte Duty Free
    The challengesKesulitan hampir tidak ada, hanya saja diawak bekerja saya ada yang kurang mengerti bahasa yang digunakan para customer karena belum terbiasa.

    The good thingsI was worked at lotte duty free it was nice experience to me because i got to know how challenging the service with costumer is. But i'm sure i will be able to handle situation like this eager training and patient. I'm so proud with my worked experience because i can met the people from foreign country, i also can understand about to many of languge like mandarin language, jermany language, arabic language, korean language, etc
    The challengesKesulitan ketika saya mendapatkan sebuah complain dari costumer karna terkadang banyak sekali costumer yang change mind padahal mereka sudah melakukan transaksi, kesulitannya adalah untuk refund karena lotte duty free adalah toko bebas pajak yang mana sangat susah untuk mengubah ubah data.

    The good things- its a good place to learn about retail for fresh graduate - nice environment - using good system (makes work easier)
