    Working review on PT Loscam Indonesia
    The good thingsI have so many new experience and knowledge found in Loscam Indonesia, especially we train to be a good leader and how to facing work difficulties. I also had more overseas training and traveling when visited Loscam in every region and countries. Almost 5 years joined in Loscam and so much progress made in Loscam Indonesia.
    The challengesSo far, the difficulties are not much, still the same as other companies. By holding an annual survey staff can improve the company's future performance and overcome the difficulties together. Because employees are assets in Loscam.
