    The good thingsFasilitas kerja yang baik, walau masih banyak kekurangan...fasilitas yang perusahaan berikan cukup supportif, sesuai kebutuhan dan kapasitas.
    The challengesJam kerja yang tidak jelas, orang-orang toxic, dan senioritas yang di jadikan budaya. Bos memberikan jabatan tinggi pada orang yang secara kapasitas dan pendidikan kepada orang yang kurang mumpuni. Penilaian sebatas pada loyalitas, kinerja di ukur dari penilaian orang-orang lama...padahal secara notabene orang lama tersebut tidak mumpuni, dan hanya andalkan kepercayaan bukan skill.
