    Good place for learning. Getting to know many applications.
    The good thingsI learned PL/SQL, saw a lot SDLC process, saw many applications code base. Worked with a lot of people. Some are strict to procedures, some are very helpful, some are very technical. With more than 100 employee, this company is a good place to learn and gaining a lot of experiences.
    The challengesMost of the codes are legacy codes. So it is the challenge for the employees to create new applications with more up to date framework and technologies.
