    Lack of clarity on business objective & trajectory!
    The good thingsWorking across a mall in Karawaci, so if you felt a bit bored, a coffee shop it's only within a walking distance. They got working attendance sheet in place, but the good news is they don't really care if you're late or not.
    The challengesThe C-level suite is having difficulties in setting up business objective and trajectory course, since most of the time there's no clarity in how to achieve the business goals. Loads of legacy issues made them stagnant and preventing any business innovation. And last but not least, they're having communication issues over their subordinate, which in results made zero work and life balance and constantly changing their strategy that left the team exhausted while executing their tasks, which forced them to leave the company.

    selalu ada hal positif dan negatif di setiap lingkungan perusahaan
    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang saling mendukung satu sama lain, tidak terlalu memandang jabatan namun dengan mudah untuk memberikan bantuan demi kelancaran pekerjaan satu dengan lainnya. kerja sama yang baik lintas divisi yang baik dan sikap welcome antar sesama karyawan dapat membuat pekerjaan terasa lebih nyaman untuk dilakukan.
    The challengesmanajemen yang kurang dapat memberikan sikap dan keputusan berakibat pada fatal nya chain of reaction, sehingga lebih banyak pekerjaan yang dilakukan untuk membereskan hal - hal yang tidak perlu dan tidak esensial. beberapa orang dalam manajemen bahkan melakukan power abuse terhadap subordinatnya bahkan tidak segan mengeluarkan kata-kata yang tidak pantas diucapkan bagi orang selevel direksi.

    The good thingsPerusahaan yang sangat baik dalam memperhatikan karyawan. Saat melanjutkan S-2 saya diberikan kesempatan cuti kuliah sebagai bukti kepedulian untuk pengembangan wawasan dari karyawan. Selain itu jam kerjanya juga tidak overtime.
    The challengesIni sangat cocok untuk yang sudah dalam posisi senior dan tidak ada rencana untuk pindah lagi. Tapi untuk fresh graduate yang masih mencari ilmu (terkhusus engineer) jika mendapat penempatan di pusat maka ilmu yang diperoleh akan sangat kurang.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are amazing to work with, the work environment is clean and good and the supervisor had been really cooperative, helpful and is a good supervisor that gave good internship experience and shaped interns to be a successful and integrated workers in the near future.
    The challengesThe difficulty at that times was because the first experience in a working area that the owner of the company is non-family members. However, this difficulty is recovered by the integrated people in the company and the cooperative relationship between me and them.

    The good thingsI see a good and professional human resources management system in technology implementation here. Not only in HR, company has a good effort in developing systems through Information and Communication Technology at every field.
    The challengesGrowing career here is a little bit tricky because not many bosses have an objective appraisal based on Key Performance Indicators. Some of them do not even use KPI as tool for performance review. Employers should be more curious about implementation of Company's goal through this instrument.
