    The good thingsPerusahaan memberikan berbagai benefit pekerjaan serta kesempatan untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri melalui training internal maupun external yang dapat diajukan. Selain itu, tersedia media komunikasi yang memungkinkan karyawan untuk berkonsultasi dan menyampaikan pendapat secara terbuka. Perusahaan juga memberikan beberapa bentuk refreshment kepada karyawan pada momen-momen tertentu.

    Good learning curve, only if you're a fresh graduate.
    The good thingsGood learning curve, only if you're a fresh graduate. If you're experienced, better go somewhere else with better system, salary and management.
    The challenges- Favoritism plays a significant role in an employee's career growth. Skill is definitely NOT the standard for getting a salary raise, let alone a promotion. You might struggle with writing emails in English or Bahasa, but you'd still get promoted if you "socialize" enough. - Good work is rewarded with more workload but offers no real career progression. - Salary is not competitive - You have to sign contract if you want to do any training, be it directly related to your career or not

    Bad, no clear career path & KPI, no significant salary increase (working for 3 years). It's underpaid.
    The good thingsThe good is we learn a lot since we multitask and train to work independently until the case is solved.
    The challengesThe working environment in the role I worked was the worst. The assessment was subjective, working 12 hours in that kind of environment was exhausting. The seniors tend to share mistakes in the forum but when the mistakes on them, they remain silent. They can't communicate in English, what a shame the company paid for their language course but they keep asking me to handle foreigners, funny.
