Jajaran atasan (Manager, PM, Leader) dan senior yang banyak membantu dalam pengembangan skill baik technical maupun manajemen dengan banyak memberi peluang belajar (scope pekerjaan) juga masukan-masukan dalam hal evaluasi kinerja karyawwan 2. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, orang-orangnya humble dalam bergaul dan tak segan berbagi informasi maupun merangkul karyawan baru, sehingga rasa kekeluargaannya sangat berkesan 3. banyak kegiatan positif yang di adakan dalam membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat, baik kegiatan olahraga, seni juga kegiatan amal 4. Bonus untuk Appreciate karyawan per-tahun

    The good thingsWorking in PT Lintas Teknologi Indonesia is very pleasant. Good environment with very friendly staff are enjoyable. Will be so hard if I have to leave this people in here. I have been improved alot with my ability since working in here. Having very smart Boss and very nice are complete package.
    The challengesWe should smart working noy only hard working. Time management is mandatory since all then project is short terms project. I have to deliver all of them on time otherwise penalty will be borne to the company.

    The challengesBagi saya saat itu karena sebuah kondisi yang tidak saling menyalahkan, yaitu tidak bisa naik ke status pekerja permanen, namun hal ini hanya dirasakan di tim saya, karena kebetulan tim kami mengerjakan proyek yang memang tidak menguntungkan perusahaan, sehingga saat kami selesai mengerjakan proyek tersebut, kami harus memulai dari awal untuk masuk tim lain
