    No need to work overtime, just do as your salary told you.
    The good thingsGreat team, good synergy between PM, BA, Tech Lead and us.
    The challengesCan be kick anytime. Short contract. HR and management didn't really care if we work till morning for the project, still need to come early at morning.

    The good thingsSaya dengar sekarang sudah pindah ke kantor baru, waktu saya dulu magang masih di kantor di dalam perumahan. Selama magang 1 bulan, saya mengamati bahwa LMD tempat kerja yg mengasyikan, dilihat dari karyawannya yg ceria, HR yg perhatian terhadap pemagang, dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman.

    Its Average of Common Engineer salary but we get Some Bonuses like Yearly bonus, Leave Bonus and Project Commission
    The good thingsWe work as family, helping each other, learn someting new, working with co-worker with warm atmosphere, we can playing Tabel Tennis everyda, I think this company help me growth everyday, and remember we will get bonus when we leave for 5 days :)
    The challengesSometimes We will ask to learn something new, At first it may feel heavy, but do not worry our co-workers will always be available to help.
