Including lunch break you can get out anytime and back anytime, as long you done your job. THere are a lot of youg and fresh grad here making a nice atmosfer (esp. if you are a develoeper). My CEO (at that time) is super cool and young.
The challengesUnfortunately, the management is filled with intrices. You can't see it from the outside, But, after speaking with my seniors ( all with around 1 year experience) there are a lot of intrices and politics, there is an unhealthy competition that affecting greatly to company performance.
Another thing is the turnover rate is very high, If you notice most of my senior is only having 1 year experience. Most of my seniors that have around 2 year and up experience is already moving to another company.
