    The challenges- Libur kerja 1 bulan 1kali libur. - Jam kerja yang berlebihan ( mulai kerja jam 8 pagi selesai kerja jam 9 malam. - Bahasa yang tidak sopan diantara atasan dan karyawan. - Tanda tangan kontrak melalui yayasan.

    The good things1. Higher sallary better than other ISP company at Indonesia. 2. Supportive HR & GA Team 3. An advance worksystem and almost everything is automated and decentralized
    The challenges1. Too many old people work here, it is mandatory for new joiners to adapt to an environment that upholds seniority. 2. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, no matter whether you are a new joiner or not. Be prepared for a multitude of company expectations that you must fulfill. 3. It's not a family environment, so you don't feel like staying in the office for long, especially with a very high work load. 4. The company says that you can work with Hybrid, but when you enter this Directorate, you are required to work with a 9/6 pattern every day WFO. Seems like you get a prank. 5. Many workmate have problem to controlling their emotions, too much drama. Must have patience as wide as the seas and oceans if you consider to stay in this place.

    The good thingsSelama bekerja di Link Net saya mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa mengenai perkembangan teknologi internet dan TV kabel berbayar. Saya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman terkait jaringan Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial(HFC) dan juga Fiber to the Home(FTTH), perkembangan Cable Modem, Router dan juga Set Up Box (STB) untuk perangkat TV kabel berbayar. Pengalaman bekerja sama dengan beragam vendor juga saya dapatkan di PT Link Net Tbk seperti : Cisco, Motorola, Samsung, Scientific Atlanta, D-Link, TP-Link, Linksys, Asus, Totolink & Tea Networks.
    The challengesMenurut saya tidak ada yang terlalu sulit dalam bekerja di PT Link Net jika kita mau terus belajar dan menambah wawasan mengenai teknologi terbaru yang digunakan diperusahaaan telekomunikasi (Internet Service Provider). Pekerjaan saya di Technical Support PT Link Net memberikan pengalaman luar biasa untuk dapat memberikan bantuan kepada semua pelanggan yang mengalami kendala pada servis internet maupun TV Kabel berbayar.

    The challengesFar from family because of the relocation programme which i took so i can get my promotion. The working hours maybe a little bit difficult to accept for new people which is almost 20 hours/day and 7 days/week. But after a while it will be business as usual because we have high target so wee need to work harder to achieve it. There are a lot of departments and divison so we need to know which pic department

    The good thingsThough a lot of third party partnership inside. But I've been admired so long for being a part of Linknet family with a solid system. Not relying on individual! But the system that's so detail keep this company going through. Even people stayed and go occasionally.

Sometimes it's really gave a hard times for an ordinary dreamer with simple dream job, that's not looking for any career neither higher position.
