    The challengesProsedur manajemen yang baru, membuat kerjaan saya semakin banyak dan tidak bisa berjalan lancar. Semua harus menunggu persetujuan dari manajemen jakarta. Karena exim tidak bisa berjalan sprti itu, karna kalau menunggu approval biaya akan semakin bengkak . Dan itu sangat menyita waktu saya, hanya untuk membuat Bon smentara dan minta approval. Tidak bisa fokus ke job desk lainnya.
