We start bussiness in Indonesia since May 2012. Our parent company is LIFULL Co.,Ltd from Japan.Our company in Indonesia has grown rapidly. In order to continue our expansion we are looking for enthusiastic and professional people.

    The good thingsNo overtime work, and the Japanese worker know that working time is punctual. they didn't mad workers like other Japanese. They know how to work efficiently, and finish the job per day. Also the Japanese staff is fluent in Indonesian and understand the local culture. We have flexible working time also, at such, In Ramadhan, we can adjust our working time and go home early just like local company. Holiday is one week before lebaran and a week before new year. Company Outing also super fun, though we are still small company in Indonesia, Lifull's parent company in Japan is big and Proud. I served there proudly for almost 4 years.
    The challengesLike other start-ups, we find what the opportunity, through ups and down, we do little by little to fix our system internally. For career, in my case is almost no promotion at all except the salary increase. so you will do same job as long as you can. Alas, COVID-19 is a factor that slow down everything, from our financials and our company progress. We rise together, and go down together. Thank you for reading this. And thank you to all fellow employees who working until the end. 2020 is the end of our company.

    The good thingsBekerja diperbolehkan menggunakan headset dan mendengarkan musik namun tetap harus berkomunikasi dengan ornag sekitar. Bebas namun ada aturan yang mengikat. Tempat kerja yang fleksibel dan para senior dan teman kerja yang ramah, baik, dan dapat diandalkan serta menyenangkan.
    The challengesTarget yang cukup tinggi untuk fresh graduate namun mendapat bimbingan dan waktu untuk dapat mencapai target yang diinginkan dan tidak lama. Waktu kerja cukup lama tapi ibadah diperbolehkan melaksanakan sesuai dengan keyakinan masing-masing.
