The good things'Good working environment' at earlier as I had a good manager who direct me well on doing my Job. However there are many aspects need to be improved at management level.

The challengesMonthly salary is paid twice a month, You will only get half of it by the end of the month and then on mid month. They really need to improve how treat their employee well with a clear decision otherwise the company will not raising.

The good thingsMemiliki teman seperjuangan yang baik dan atasan yang baik. Jam kerja yang sesuai dan tidak ada molor. Gaji yang sesuai dengan hitungan manual, jika kurang sesuai bisa komplen untuk masalah gaji. Penggunaan bahasa yang digunakan dalam keseharian juga masih wajar bila didengar.

The challengesAwalan masuk PT, karna masih kurang paham di bidang produksi, namun saya berusaha semaksimal mungkin hingga dapat bekerja sesaui target. Ijin yang sulit jika alasan dan surat keterangan tidak jelas.
