    The good thingsLingkungan baik dan nyaman, makanan kantin yang enak dan higienis, fasilitas bagus, sistemnya komplit jadi mempermudah pekerjaan. Gaji lumayan, ada tunjangan hari raya dan bonus.Tempat yang sangat baik untuk belajar dan berkembang bagi para fresh graduates.
    The challengesHarus siap dipindahkan ke departmen lain, karena pergantian posisi karena kebutuhan organisasi cukup sering. Jenjang karir sepertinya cukup lama. Harus adaptasi bekerja dengan orang korea cukup sering teriak-teriak gajelas dan sangat worka holic. Untuk jangka pendek 2-3 tahun sangat bagus namun untuk jangka panjang sepertinya tidak terlalu menjanjikan (pendapat pribadi).

    The challengesBorrowing sample to users is very difficult. They are trying to remove old people and hire new people by paying new people double. Incentive scheme is something you should ask from the beginning. I know my 2020 target before 2020, but the incentive scheme just informed to me & others on April 2020. If following the old scheme, I should've got my bonus.
