    So far so good, hope still good
    The good things- Facility, Pantry OK - Worklife balance, you can go home after normal workhours end despite your SPV/manager still there - Overtime only if it's really needed with fair incentive/compensation, very worth it
    The challengesi am currently working here, in less than a year i am working as specialist/individual contributor under contract, still do not know about the career path for permanent

    The good thingsGood welfare. Good Environment to work, I mean less drama. Everyone focuses on their responsibility, which is good, rather than gossiping about other employees. Rarely do the overtime. Most employees, especially the Korean Experts, are very polite to the local employee. Everyone is experienced, so this is the best place to grow.
