    The good thingsSaya melihat riview nya bekerja di lf beauty sangat kekeluargaan, ptnya juga tidak terlalu jauh dari rumah saya.ingin menambah pengalaman bagaimana bekerja di pt lf beauty,ingin mempunyai penghasilan yg cukup juga untuk membantu orang tua.
    The challengesKesulitannya mungkin saat mempunyai teman tetapi tidak 1 pemikiran, atau saat ada kerjaan yg sulit minta di ajarkan kepada senior terlebih dahulu. Ketika masuk shift malam mungkin itu agak sulit. Tapi saya yakin saya pasti bisa. Bismillah

    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan banyak ilmu yang belum pernah saya dapatkan sebelum bekerja di PT. LFB, (ilmu dalam dunia kosmetik, engineering, strategi kepemimpinan, dll) dari mulai masuk sebagai operator packing hingga menjadi team leader, terkadang menggantikan tugas atasan langsung ketika beliau berhalangan/ada tugas diluar.

    The good thingsSangat banyak ilmu yang bisa diambil dari sini, lingkungan kerja yang ramah, kondisi yang pas untuk belajar
    The challengesBecause this business is a makloon, bekerja rasanya seperti diburu-buru, terutama untuk bagian Product Development, sungguh pekerjaan yang membutuhkan ketelitian, tingkat ketahanan akan stress yang tinggi memaksaanda mau tidak mau bisa bekerja secara individual, harus memiliki ketahanan emosi yang cukup tinggi, karena terutama untuk dept. Product Developmentnya bekerja seperti semuanya dilimpahkan bebannya terhadap department tersebut
