Five founders of the company were all working with PT ERICSSON INDONESIA as RF engineer, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Services Sales and Marketing. Pursuing each’s career aspiration, the founders were encouraged by ERICSSON INDONESIA MANAGEMENT at that time to create a consulting company to answer for the challenge of homing many excellent local RF ENGINEERS and consultants for the many RF related projects in Indonesia.PT. LEXCORP INDONESIA started with the simple RF tasks such as RFdrive test measurement and network brief audits. Not until 2004 when PT. ERICSSON INDONESIA was to perform the high-profile project of BSS Equipment changeover for Kalimantan TELKOMSEL’sproject from SIEMENS to ERICSSON that LEXCORP has the chance to shine and to show what it is capable of. The project went on successfully and both TELKOMSELand ERICSSON INDONESIA were satisfied with the service delivery of LEXCORP, which were punctual and with high quality. Since that changeover project (dubbed PROJECT ARWANA, there are many RF PROJECTS performed and delivered by LEXCORP mainly to PT ERICSSON INDONESIA but also to Telkomsel, EXELCOM, and INDOSAT.The word LEXCORP itself comes from the abbreviation of “Lima (five) EXperts in Constructions and Optimisation of Radio network Performance”.
