    The good thingsUntuk pekerjaan maintenance disini sangat nyaman karena mesin yang perlu di maintenance sangat sedikit yang otomatis. dan masuknya hanya 1shift saja, overtime = loyalitas, orang berpengalaman yang masuk disini diapresiasi 👍
    The challengesHarus siap biaya kesehatan sendiri dan tidak dapat subsidi bpjs dari pemerintah, karena bpjs akan telat 10bulan atau lebih untuk dibuatkan. Pengalaman lebih dari 7th tetap akan dianggap karyawan magang ketika awal masuk. upah hari libur < upah hari biasa
