    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik dan nyaman. orang-orang nya baik, saling mendukung dan saling membantu. atasan yang baik, mengayomi, bertanggung jawab, dan membantu memecahkan masalah dari setiap shipment. waktu kerja yang fleksibel dan mendapatkan gaji dan tunjangan yang sesuai harapan. mendapatkan kenaikan gaji tiap tahun sesuai proforma masing-masing. mendapatkan bonus tahunan
    The challengeskesulitan yang pernah ditemukan ketika mendapatkan customer yang belum mengerti alur impor dan ingin cargo miliknya dikirimkan sesegera mungkin, sedangkan barang di pelabuhan masih belum ready untuk pengiriman(biasanya karena masih on vessel atau belum selesasi stripping). kesulitan lain apabila ada shipment yang memerlukan ijin khusus.

Sepertinya team inside ini sudah dipersiapkan betul oleh management untuk menjadi "retention" team. menghandle "WARISAN" client yang dibawa para sales lapangan pada suatu ketika sales lapangan tersebut keluar, ato tepatnya dikeluarkan sepihak dengan tuduhan mengada2.. Budaya Asal Bapak/ Ibu senang kental sekali Pesan : mintalah hikmat kepada Allah, pandai2 lah melihat dan membaca situasi sebab apa yang anda lihat di depan sangat berbeda dengan di belakang (mirror has two faces)
