    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman dan kekeluargaan, gaji cukup sesuai dengan perusahaan tambang pada umumnya, jam kerja 8 jam/hari, kesempatan berkembang dengan adanya pelatihan-pelatihan, serta kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.
    The challengesharus bisa multitasking, kendala bagi karyawan yang tinggal diluar kalimantan karena cuti hanya 12 hari/tahun.

    Company gave you place to live, and enough daily food as well. No opportunities for career development.
    The good thingsSalary is pretty good. Transportation from Balikpapan to workplace is provided. Have place to live for when you on shift. Food also provided. Work time somewhat is good.
    The challengesTransportation from workplace to city is only available during first day of the week (Monday) and end of the shift (Saturday) if you working on office shift. No career development opportunities at all. You will stay as contracted employee forever. Unless you know some of top high management staff.
