    Kesempatan untuk mengembangkan diri yang besar
    The good thingsKerja di sini memberikan banyak hal yang dapat kita pelajari. Perusahaan terus berkembang sehingga karyawan terus dapat berkembang. Mereka selalu membuka unit bisnis baru jadi banyak hal yang bisa terus dipelajari. Jam kerja teratur seperti perusahaan biasa, lingkungan kerja nya enak, teman-teman kerja juga ramah dan sangat membantu. Pekerjaan memang cukup banyak tapi deadline yang diberikan sangat realistis. Recommended.
    The challengesBagi orang yang tidak perform dan malas2an, memang tidak cocok kerja di sini ya. Disini orang-orang yang kerja pilihan semua. Kalau di terminate, artinya memang karyawannya saja yang tidak benar dan tidak bisa kerja dengan baik. Selama kita kerja dengan benar dan baik, kalau berhenti sesuai prosedur yang benar yang telah disepakati, kita dihadiahkan surat referensi kerja yang langsung ditulis oleh pimpinan perusahaan, yang pasti sangat membantu untuk mencari kerja berikutnya.

    A professional place to work
    The good thingsThe management is great, the people are friendly, the load of the jobs is decent, the room for developing ourselves is big, the agreement is transparent, and the working environment is healthy (no unnecessary competition). Everyone treats us like family members.
    The challengesWe need to frequently update ourselves. This company gives you some rooms for learning and developing, but you must make sure that you do your jobs well. Once you are a good team member, you’ll be doing great and you’ll love this company. Otherwise, you shouldn’t work here. They hire only professional employees, which is great, actually!

    The challengesBeragamnya kemampuan siswa terkadang menjadi salah satu hal yang cukup sulit untuk diimbangi. Selain itu, permintaan orang tua yang bermacam macam juga kadang membebankan.
