    it's enough.
The good thingsthe coworkers are great and there are some opportunities for professional development. if you are a novice teacher, working at EF can equip you with some useful skills for your career.
The challengesunethical and unsympathetic management. the reviews basically speak for themselves. if you are an experienced teacher, I would suggest you to find a better opportunity. it's very toxic sometimes. you don't have a work life balance. you have to work from Mon-Sat and also if you are sick, your only option is to get unpaid leave. they provide reimbursement for your medicine tho. but, they'll cut your salary for not coming due to illness. the management also like to fear-monger and micromanage. if you are fine with that, go ahead.

    Nice Kickstart, Poor Management
The good thingsThey had the training and all, and if you're starting your career as a teacher, this would be a good place to learn and see what you need to do. All materials are fully prepared from Central, and you can modify the lesson based on your classes. No need to work too hard on the material planning. Teammates are sometimes awesome.
The challengesManagement basically isn't appreciating human beings. They will threaten you to leave if you're unhappy with things inside. They could ignore your right to get paid leave because we're 'customer centric' and should only think about customers even when you're sick. Sometimes you're scheduled to work 7 days for a week, with minimum compensation or none at all (esp. if the target isn't reached). Working hour is 6 days a week, not including the reports, grading and planning. Those are basically volunteering and not counted as your working hours. Good luck.

    Excellent brand but poor management
The good thingsThe brand itself is excellent. The salary offered from PT Learning Unlimited is quite competitive depending on the area or region you're from.
The challengesSome of the managers are strict and need to be more open-minded. They should also listen and follow the rules set by EF Central. If you're applying to be a full-time teacher, then expect a full schedule 6 days per week.
