Nice Kickstart, Poor ManagementThe good thingsThey had the training and all, and if you're starting your career as a teacher, this would be a good place to learn and see what you need to do. All materials are fully prepared from Central, and you can modify the lesson based on your classes. No need to work too hard on the material planning. Teammates are sometimes awesome.
The challengesManagement basically isn't appreciating human beings. They will threaten you to leave if you're unhappy with things inside. They could ignore your right to get paid leave because we're 'customer centric' and should only think about customers even when you're sick. Sometimes you're scheduled to work 7 days for a week, with minimum compensation or none at all (esp. if the target isn't reached).
Working hour is 6 days a week, not including the reports, grading and planning. Those are basically volunteering and not counted as your working hours. Good luck.
