    Superb working and learning experience!
    The good thingsI've had the chance to work with teams of talented professionals who are awesome mentors and coworkers at work and buddies outside of work.
    The challengesI began my career as an intern at the company. After the first month, I was tasked with conducting research on Marketing Comparables for our client's lease. Although initially challenging, my boss provided constructive feedback on what needed improvement. I sought guidance from my senior, who reviewed and assisted me. I then implemented the suggested corrections. As a result, I not only corrected the errors but also improved my efficiency, successfully submitting the research in a significantly shorter timeframe.

    great leaders
    The good thingsi enjoyed working here due to its working environment, fast driven and culture. Leads have this things call, Work Hard and Have Fun. And each year if everybody achieve the target, they company will set an outing usually 1 local and 1 to international route to celebrate the achievement together, What i surprised, they also bring the back up team, not only the sales people. the leaders also keep motivates you and coach you on daily basis.
    The challengesmust have discipline and good character, not only a skill set. you will also learn how to communicate well.

    The good thingsHeard from pple who once worked in this division....yepp..very good capability dvlpmt..taught to do variety of analytical things and some kinda outta the box..cool.. well mentored too.. Hhmmm...Career path good..most of 'em already in higher position if seen from lnkdn..:D

    The good things- Management and colleagues adopt an international working culture (non-traditional Indonesian hierarchical system). - Young, open-minded team/colleagues (actively recruits fresh grads)
    The challenges- Limited delegation of very skilled work by managers to juniors/seniors hence limited personal skills development
