    The good thingsPaling enjoy ketika ada hal baru yang terus menerus dipelajari dan juga lebih mengasah soft skill maupun hard skill. Di perusahaan ini juga banyak mengajarkan cara menyelesaikan masalahn secara perlahan, tapi pasti, dan juga banyak teman sekantor yang cukup menyenangkan sehingga membuat kerja lebih semangat dan juga mentoring yang step by step sehingga mampu memaksimalkan pekerjaan.
    The challengesChallengenya hanya ketika karena perusahaan yang baru sehingga masih ada beberapa trial and error. Namun dipastikan, perusahaan ini cukup open minded dalam menerima pendapat, walaupun disini mungkin karena personality yang kurang flexible, sehingga mengalami sedikit kesulitan dalam hal ini.
