    The good thingsPerusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Manufacture dan Distributor bahan kimia ini memiliki banyak focus dalam penjualan seperti bahan kosmetik, paper, plastik, electroplating, water treatment, lautan organo, dan masih banyak lagi. Peluang bekerja disini sangat bagus dan membuat saya semakin berfikir maju kedepan dan tahu banyak hal. seperti halnya harus menghadapi berbagai macam customer, solve problem dengan principal juga customer, proses expor impor, negosiasi antara principal dan juga customer dan masih banyak lagi. Selain itu Lautan Luas juga memberikan training - training guna membekalkan diri kita untuk lebih terarah dalam pekerjaan. Lingkungannya pun sangat baik dan mereka semua pekerja yang handal.
    The challengesKekurangan tenaga kerja membuat team kesulitan untuk melangkah maju karena berbagai pekerjaan harus dijalani bersamaan. Seringkali pekerjaan diluar jobdesc harus dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi complain customer dan tetap harus professional dalam pekerjaan. Semoga kedepannya Perusahaan mampu menambahkan tenaga kerja karyawan agar pegawai tidak merasa overload.
