GOOD FRIENDS-Less challengeThe good things- good friends / team / environment
- the office building is new, and quite clean
- the target pressure of work is low
- work and life balance might good for middle to starter employee.
The challenges- chance to develop yourself is less
(perhaps they said they gave you, but there are more Critics that will not build your self, and they will crash down the idea even without try first)
- the management don't have solution minded , but they are more problem minded
- Career opportunity might have, but hard to get the chance
- benefits / facility way too standard
- HRD deptartement dont really have role to make decisions.
- no written COMPANY RULES that will be shared with all employee as handbook
- Every policy taken rules by only 1 person (not bureaucratic decision made)
- less appreciation
