    The good thingsThere is no "me" in this company. You are never left alone. Should you run into any obstacles, your peers (even your director) are always ready anytime. This company is also fast paced and growing very rapidly, truly an honour to be a part of this firm. If you are keen to learn from scratch and make it your way, then this is the place for you. Just be resilient, patient, persistent and I believe that you will make it.
    The challengesRejections from the client would be the first thing to begin with. Through this, resilience and patience was made and it can be well used to overcome other obstacles along the way. On the other hand, this firm is fast paced, sometimes is way too fast for you to catch up that you have to always work hard at all times to make it work, resting just doesn't really apply here. Moreover, the fast pace leads to emerging growth as well, making the firm keeps on changing policies over time that you might get lost sometimes.

    The good thingsyang disukai adalah ketika bekerja disini tugasnya hanya menfollow - up setiap customer yang sudah mendaftar di website lamudi.com untuk dibantu dicarikan apa yang customer mau dalam bidang property seperti rumah,lahan,apartement,ruko dan lain-lain. dan juga tugas dari customer service tidak dianjurkan untuk memenuhi target penjualan,hanya melaksanakan follow - up dari apa yang customer mau saja, dan office hour yang seperti pekerja lainnya, dan juga kebebasan dalam menjalankan ibadah,dan tempat yang nyaman serta teman-teman rekan yang sangat membantu khususnya untuk para pemula yang baru masuk.
    The challengesterkadang dalam suatu perusahaan pengenalan diri dalam lingkup kerja yang baru yang cukup sulit,dan itu dialami di lamudi, walaupun rekan kerja yang siap membantu kapanpun pemula membutuhkan, cuma disini suasana sendiri-sendiri atau berkompetensi melekat cukup erat diperusahaan ini,memang benar tidak ada target dalam penjualan,tetapi karena sebagian besar pekerjaannya adalah outbound, maka ada target follow - up yang harus dipenuhi yaitu 120 telepon sehari,dan itu sudah termasuk penolakan dan approve oleh customer untuk dibantu dalam mencarikan informasi apa yang customer mau, meskipun datanya banyak, tetapi data tersebut dibagi didalam beberapa pekerja dan terkadang seperti perebutan dalam mendapatkan data.
