    First professional experience with good people
    The good thingsHaving my really first experience to work as professional in finance area in a multinational company and mentored by expert in this area as well. And gaining new connection with so many good people from different background, level, and culture
    The challengesThey don't give my permanent status as employee after I passed all the trainee program. But I know the reason behind this, because I also in charge on doing the annual budget of the BU's., so in the end it is not really a big problem for me just an experiences to be learned

    I learn a lot of things from working experience and also soft skill experience. it was great working in lafarge environment
    The good thingsthe environment --> HR can make the situation in working places are good. so many creative actions that can bond us together as family. the jobs --> top management fully support us to do operational.
