    The good thingsI love my job as a lecturer because we can freely inspire scientific thought patterns. in this work we encounter many different student profiles. My environmental background which is based in manufacturing has encouraged me to learn a lot about conditions and situations that are different from education in general. here manufacturing grows first rather than education and vice versa for the national realm, education first grows together with manufacturing
    The challengesbeing a lecturer is not an easy job. My motivation for joining this business institute is to develop science in the field of economics and business in a sustainable manner and to develop in the field of digital business-based research plus work that motivates scientific development in community service midwives as institutional stakeholders
