You can follow any event that provide by company like travelling in Indonesia and training in Japan to improve your skills.
    The challengesThis is Japan manufacture company, so you may have a difficulity to communicate with the director except you are fluent in Japanese language. But it is not a big thing because this company provides translator that will help you to deliver your thoughts.
