    The good thingsGood management and procedure, make sure all the team done the job well. Training are given every year if you're good enough and you can develop yourself by many problems you can handle and solve by yourself or your team.
    The challengesLiving far from city, the road are not all good and overall the price are more expensive compare to the stores at town because of the distance to re-stock it again are included as a cost material.
