    Challenging & motivating at the same time.
    The good thingsThe good things from KSB Indonesia as follows: - KSB Indonesia enhanced our skill according to our specialization (position we held) as project based company. Training can be proposed by employee itself to KSB HR Dept. (Learning & Development) - In KSB, we faced lots of challenges from internal (internal & cross-department) and external (customers). The challenges are honed our skills in problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation, especially in fast-paced environment - KSB Indonesia also made us as well team player since the relationship in cross departments is highly prioritized - There was no significant gap between management and employee, it made us feel comfortable when we tried to approach each other to give our feedback regarding business process or something else - There were a lot of employee activities outside working hour, such as sports, hiking, fun run, etc. - KSB Indonesia has good time flexibility
    The challengesThe raised challenges in KSB Indonesia: - Rush business process - Several leaders are not matured yet Suggestions: KSB Indonesia needs business process analytics to reduce 'waste' in end to end business process & assist the continuous improvement. Also, KSB Indonesia is a good company with well-known reputation worldwide, it shall be supported with good business process too in order to increase the value chain & its profit. So that, KSB Indonesia can achieve LEAN manufacturing.

    The good thingsAn embracing work environment, a solid team, and no seniority here. Where our relationship with the manager or higher-ups has no limits.

    The good thingsBasic Salary selalu negotiable,, You got what you give.. Always try to give your best effort Lingkungan Bersahabat, Muda dan Dinamis, Anniversary selalu dirayakan oleh seluruh Karyawan baik staff maupun Direksi, baik Head Office maupun Branch Office. Fasilitas cukup memadahi. Bonus Tahunan yang lumayan baik. Employee & Family Gaterhing diadakan bergantian setiap tahun. Akses Head Office di area Kawasan Industri yang ramai. Tunjangan dinas cukup baik dengan vendor sesuai. Tunjangan kesehatan (plat merah dan swasta), Tunjangan dana pensiun (plat merah dan Swatsa) Chance overseas training selalu terbuka,, Head Quarter on KSB Germany, France, South Africa, America, China, Thailand, Philipines, others.
    The challengesThe challenges Management dan Direksi sangat menghormati ritme kerja karyawannya masing masing, dengan spesialisasi masing-masing. Atmosphere kerja nya yang sangat bersahabat, Management KSB adalah sekumpulan orang orang baik dan sangat tinggi akan toleransi baik Agama Suku dan Budaya. For the Field Service Team, its a little bit different. We're should show our best effort for our internal management, and for customer also. I am proud to be part of this great team, both in Jakarta and Balikpapan.

    The good thingsPretty good compensation & benefits, and at least in lower level, interperson relationship is still good enough
    The challengesThe management level here seems to be busy on their own department. Office politics presence can be strongly felt here. Better watch your back if you don't want to be kicked out.
