    The good thingsNett monthly salary, average salary & bonus for german manufacture/industrial company (higher than asian manufacture/industrial company, but lower than startup company), good working environment, support team member, stable company. If you’re looking for stable company, this is the right choice.
    The challengesSlow movement career path, eventho you have tried your best to do. Some compensation & benefits not applicable to all employees. No day-off together (tidak ada cuti bersama di hari raya), annual leave will deduct if you take day off on Cuti Bersama.

    The good thingsTerima Gaji Nett bukan Gross, Lingkungan Bersahabat, Ulang Tahun selalu dirayakan oleh seluruh Karyawan baik staff maupun Top Bos. Fasilitas Kantor Kumplit diberikan,Bonus Tahunan yang lumayan. Pemandangan Hijau dari lantai Kantor. Transportasi ke Kantor mudah dilakukan dengan Gojek + Kereta. Kantin Gedung maupun Jajanan diluar mudah ditemui. Dekat dengan POM bensin, Mall, Rumah Sakit, Stasiun, dan Komplek Perumahan dan Apartemen.
    The challengesManagement sangat menghormati ritme kerja karyawannya masing masing. Lingkungan nya yang sangat bersahabat, Hampir tidak ada karyawan yang berpolitik praktis. Management nya adalah sekumpulan orang orang baik dan sangat tinggi akan toleransi.
