    Good place to learn Flowmeter and level meter
    The good thingsGood working friends with small and efficient team. Focus a lot on integrity and honesty. Quick to react to changes in the market from management. Very good company to work long term if you can follow ethics and rules (German integritas).
    The challengeslocal leadership not easy to find. Past GM, sales manager and director do not know business well and cannot perform and some not honest people.
