    Excellent Working Environment
    The good thingsBest office mates and a good place to develop our skills and network. I have a good work-life balance so far and I am trusted to handle the program. My supervisor is very supportive and helpful in giving advice.
    The challengesAs the company is a Korean government agency, the Koreans are rotated once every three years. It will be great if we have a high adapting skill so we can work well although our supervisor change.

    Tempat yang enak untuk kerja santai
    The good thingsDi sini kita tidak dipaksa untuk kerja banyak dan lembur. Cocok untuk orang yang ingin kerja santai. Apalagi ditambah dengan teman-teman kerja yang asik dan lucu.
    The challengesKantor ini agak kurang memiliki 'sistem manajemen' yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari tidak adanya tim HR (hanya ada GA). Kemudian, di sini kerja kita akan monoton, tidak ada perkembangan yang signifikan sehingga bagi orang yang ambisius ingin mengembangkan karir, tempa ini mungkin dirasa tidak terlalu cocok.
