I can feel that the founding values like humanism and care still live in the company. I was happy during my time at KG because of those values, and also because I got good support from my coworkers and supervisors. As a big group with many industries, it is also a great place to learn many things.
The challengesThere are some areas that can grow better, especially in adapting to changes in today’s work culture. Some work systems may still follow old ways. Also, many employees work under contract status, which can feel uncertain sometimes. I hope Kompas Gramedia will continue to improve, and I believe this company has a strong foundation to become even better and successful again in the future.
