    The good thingsBanyak pelajaran yang diperoleh dari perusahaan ini terutama untuk disiplin dalam segalah hal seperti waktu dan pekerjaan. Tekanan pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut saya untuk memiliki mental yang baik. Selain itu saya juga diajarkan untuk berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain dan pihak ketiga.
    The challengesKesulitan bahasan menjadi salah satu kendala karena di perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan Korea dan beberapa pegawai asing. Namun hal tersebut tidak menjadi masalah karena kita belajar memahami satu sama lainnya.

    The challengesMembangun SDM (operator/sewwing) agar lebih kompak, supaya hasil out put sesuai target. Namun saya belajar untuk mengatasi melalui pendekatan dengan cara berbeda untuk tercapai target..kenapa berbeda,karena operator ada yang ibu-ibu, anak muda yg mempunyai karakter yg berbeda.
