    There is no such thing as a perfect workplace, there's always a plus and a minus side
    The good things1. atasan dan rekan kerja divisi tersinkronisasi dengan baik 2. kerja dalam jam office hour, weekend dan tanggal merah libur 3. hubungan antar divisi juga sangat baik 4. berbagai acara internal agar bisa bertemu dan juga mengenal karyawan divisi lain
    The challengeskomisi / insentif yang tanggal pengecekan dan pencairannya tidak pasti, terlalu banyak pengecekan ulang dan perubahan komposisi

    The good thingsDapat bekerja dari rumah or anywhere jika dibutuhkan namun hal ini dpt menjadi boomerang
    The challengesJenjang karir yg cukup tidak adil untuk beberapa karyawan, fasilitas yg semakin sering dikurangi dan atasan yang tidak memahami kerja bawahan dengan baik sehingga setiap karyawan bisa diberikan pekerjaan dengan beban yang berlebih.
