    The good thingsJam kerja tidak terlalu panjang, peraturan perusahaan relatif pro karyawan dan tidak memberatkan, gaji cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan beban kerja yang tergolong ringan, tingkat stress rendah, atasan dan owner yang sangat mengerti kondisi karyawan. Konten ajar yang merupakan materi international school sangat membantu untuk pengembangan karir dalam ranah pendidikan, penguatan dasar-dasar materi perkuliahan sangat berguna jika kedepannya bercita-cita menjadi guru maupun dosen
    The challengesTidak ada kesulitan dalam pekerjaan, bagi fresh graduate mungkin agak sulit di awal karena materi sekolah inter berbeda dengan materi sekolah nasional pada umumnya
