    It's a nice place to work, but don't expect too much in terms of benefits.
    The good thingsThe people here are incredibly helpful, and the superior, along with colleagues, are very nice and supportive. You can achieve a good work-life balance. The location in East Jakarta is convenient, with easy access to the highway.
    The challengesThe salary is average and subject to PPH21 deductions. The bonus scheme lacks consistency, which can impact new employees significantly.
