The Company treats all employees equally as contained in the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) between the company and the Trade Union. The CLA in essence contains stipulations and arrangements over the following:Rights and obligations of the company, trade union and workers, working conditions, harmonious relations and cooperation between the company and trade union and workers, fair settlement over differences of opinion and development of worker ability and skills of each worke.
