I can learn new things from my senior, manager, and even director. You are not only working here, but also you can build "family relation" among your colleague. They are kind, quite helpful, and give us opportunity to spread our ideas. The managements are really welcome for new worker.
The challengesSometimes when you have different opinions with your manager or top management, you must be patient and do their instruction no matter what. And one of the challenge for the new beginner who graduate from management training program is you must adjust how the way you work, because you will meet many older colleague whose sometimes their mind side and point if view are really different than us as gen Z.
