The good thingsThe working atmosphere, it is always engaging and triggers me to raise the bar higher in every assignment. The team, is full of talented and inspiring people. The office, allows you to be comfortable at all times, even when deadlines are on every corners. The management, understands your needs and values you as essential part of the company. They made it sure that none of your contributions were taken for granted.

The challengesYou need to be ready for big challenges, thinking on your feet, doing things that may be your weaknesses, always switched-on, and never stop learning. The working pace is fast, sometimes even too fast that you may need to pick up your pace otherwise be ready to sacrifice your personal needs so you do not get left behind. But this is part of the adventure.
