    The good thingslinkungan kerja yang nyaman (Pabrik), lalu jarak yang dekat tidak terlalu jauh dari rumah (Kalideres - Rawa Melati), jarang mengalami stress ataupun tekanan, atasan\" dan orang\" yang ramah
    The challengesKesulitan mungkin dari sisi tenaga kerja karena saya pribadi disini sendiri tidak ada partner kerja, jadi kalau ada permasalahan atau trouble yang banyak tidak semua terhandle dan mungkin agak memakan waktu juga dari sisi lain overall bagus
