    Great!!! A superb working environment!
    The good thingsA great work-life balance. A full week holiday in every three months and a month full holiday in every six months. Clear instructions and datelines, the managements give special attention to datelines. Also, they make a calendar to shows certain activities in a whole year. Makes us easy to catch up and synchronize with our family time.
    The challengesMaybe for some benefits such as a long term contract, not only a year based on contract and an opportunity to become a permanent teacher in this school.

    The good thingsThey have a hall that is always for drama
    The challengesThe school is too expensive to pay, the smart teacher is always getting replaced and see student get bully but not all teacher care, the teacher choose the favorite student

    The good thingsThe students were great although not every class is good, The management isn't great especially during quarantine. this school is not very beginner friendly for new teachers but good for the far more experienced teachers as i saw that the students don't treat the new teachers with much respect.
    The challengesThe other teachers would often complain about my class. As I said it isn't beginner friendly, bad management, students complain that some teachers have bad anger management so would be better if the other teachers were nicer.

    You can learn if you are not scared of speaking up
    The good thingsLess stressed if you are brave enough to speak up. Free water. big classroom space.
    The challengesIt'd be nice if they value education, and listen to their teachers. It'd be nice if they could respect their own contract and follow accordingly.

    There are other schools
    The good thingsIt was good only when credible staff in key positions were running the school. Newly painted. Good facade. Good at salary deductions.
    The challengesPoor staff management. Poor school management. Poor educational standards. Incompetent staff in key positions. A high-stress environment with no benefits and fulfillment. If you want to be better in your profession, find another school.
